Vegetarian Macaroni Casserole recipe (Casserole)
Cook the pasta until it is almost tender and then put it to the side. In a sauce pan, combine the vegetables and olive oil and sautee. Cook the items until they are slightly wilted but still have a crunch.
In a pot, add the milk, butter and wheat flour and bring it to a slow simmer. Slowly add the cheese, stirring constantly.
In a large glass baking dish, combine the pasta and vegetables. Pour the sauce over the pasta and vegetables and bake for 30 min. at 350°F.
