Papaya Platter Salad recipe (Dessert)

¼ cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ cups honey
1 pinch salt
¼ teaspoons cayenne pepper
1   ripe medium papaya
1   seedless orange
2   ripe peaches, peeled and sliced thin
2 cups watercress leaves
¼ cups Moroccan dry cured olives, chopped, for garnish
¼ cups blackberries for garnish
some   Crumpled Stilton cheese, for garnish

Thoroughly mix together lemon juice, honey, salt and cayenne pepper and refrigerate. Peel, slice and remove seeds from papaya. Peel orange and section into pieces. Peel and thinly slice peaches. (Squirt peach slices with lemon juice to prevent discoloration). Arrange alternate slices of papaya, orange wedges and peach slices in a fan shape on an attractive salad platter. Place mounds of watercress at each end of fan and garnish watercress mounds with black olives, blackberries and Stilton cheese. Drizzle entire platter with chilled dressing.
