Veal in Red Wine recipe (Meat)

Yield: 6 servings

1 kg stewing veal
some   flour
1   chopped onion
1   crushed garlic clove
60 g butter
¾ cups red wine
1 cup tomato paste
1   cube chicken stock
2 cups water

Toss veal in flour. Cook onion and garlic in butter, add veal and cook until brown. Add wine, tomato paste, stock and water. Simmer covered for 1 h. Serve with rice.
