Spring Dandelion and Strawberry Salad recipe (Side Dish)

Yield: 12 servings

8 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
4 cups crumbled or diced feta cheese
3 cups chopped dandelion greens
½ cups fruity extra virgin olive oil
some   Juice of two limes
some   freshly ground black pepper to taste

Just before serving, toss all ingredients together in large bowl.

This has always been a big hit at Easter--the kids gathered dandelions while they were searching for Easter eggs.
