Puttanesca recipe (Pizza)
Preheat oven to 450. Place rolled out dough on an oven stone. Brush dough with olive oil. Spoon sauce over. Sprinkle with capers, anchovy, olives, parsley, seasonings. Top with thin slices of pepperoni. Grate on a fine smattering of the cheese. Bake about 25 minutes or crust is golden. Coolbriefly and slice. This is delicious if one enjoys savory flavors.
