Portuguese Sangria Blanco recipe (Drink)

YOU'LL NEED
½ cups water
¼ cups sugar
1 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
1 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
3   Cinnamon Sticks
1   Smallish Unpeeled Apple
1   Unpeeled orange
1   Banana
1   Bottle of White Wine 750 ml – chardonnay is best for this
some   Sparkling Water – this is to top of glasses
some   Ice Cubes

Instructions

How to make Portuguese sangria

Simmer together the water, sugar and the cinnamon sticks for about 5 minutes in a saucepan, after this take the cinnamon sticks out and let the mix cool down

Now chop the unpeeled apple into thin wedges plus slice the banana and then chop the unpeeled orange into 4 wedges.

Now combine the wine and juices and put the fruits and the sugar mixture which you down in number 1. mix together and chill for about 4 to 5 hours your choice.

Now the fun part to make it all refreshing – pour the sangria over some ice and top with some sparkling water and to add more color you can add some more fruit slices.
