Chopped Chicken Salad recipe (Salad)

Yield: 8 servings

3   cooked chicken, cut into 1/2″ cubes
½ lb bacon, cooked until crispy, crumbled
7 oz small pasta rings, cooked and cooled
2   ripe tomatoes, diced into 1/2″ pieces
20 oz Dole Italian lettuce mix
½   feta cheese, crumbled
¼   green onion, diced
16 oz Henri’s Honey Mustard dressing
some   Parmesan cheese
some   pepper

Chop the lettuce mix into small pieces. Mix all ingredients, adding enough dressing to coat, about ½ to ¾ of the bottle. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and pepper.
