Chicken Yakitori recipe (Poultry)

some   Bamboo skewers
500 g chicken breast
some   oil
4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Mix all of the marinate ingredients together in a bowl, give it a whick and add the chicken. Mix the chicken around a bit to cover each piece in the marinate. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for a few hours.
Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook in a hot grill pan for about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with Chinese fried noodles or egg fried rice.
