Cannelloni With Cheese And Meat recipe (Pasta)

YOU'LL NEED
10   cannelloni
3 oz ground beef
3 oz ground veal
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped carrot
1 teaspoon chopped celery
2 oz grated mozzarella
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon tomato paste
¼ cups red wine
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1   egg
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch rosemary
1 pinch sage
cups tomato sauce
some   salt anad pepper

Instructions

Cook cannelloni in boiling water until firm to the bite. Rinse in cold water and set aside.

Filling:
Heat in skillet. Add and cook the meat until it is browned. Add and cook until vegetables are soft. Add and bring mixture to a boil and cook for approx 2 minutes.

Let mixture cool slightly.

Add to meat mixture and stir well. Place 1 tbsp. of filling into pasta shells. Place in baking dish. Pour over cannelloni and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and bake 30 minutes or until hot.
