Cabbage Dolma recipe (Main Dish)

YOU'LL NEED
½ cups water
1   onion, chopped
¾ tablespoons black pepper
2   eggs
¼ cups rice
½   bell pepper, chopped
some   sweet basil
some   Sprigs parsley
some   salt and pepper to taste
5 lb white cabbage
½ lb prunes
1 can tomato sauce
¼ lb dry apricots
1   onion, sliced 1/4
some   vinegar

Instructions

Cut cabbage in half and remove core. Dip in boiling water and cook until barely soft. Drain well and sprinkle with vinegar. Take cabbage one leaf at a time, and using 1 heaping teaspoon of meat mixture, shape into rolls and layer in large pan using prunes, apricots and onions scattered between. Pour tomato sauce over top and enough water to cover Dolma. Cook at medium heat 60 minutes or until done.
