InstructionsCut cabbage in half and remove core. Dip in boiling water and cook until barely soft. Drain well and sprinkle with vinegar. Take cabbage one leaf at a time, and using 1 heaping teaspoon of meat mixture, shape into rolls and layer in large pan using prunes, apricots and onions scattered between. Pour tomato sauce over top and enough water to cover Dolma. Cook at medium heat 60 minutes or until done. |
