Syrian chicken Shish Kebab recipe (Poultry)

Yield: 6 servings

6   chicken breasts
3   sliced cloves garlic
4   mashed cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cloves garlic
½ teaspoons pepper
½ teaspoons ground allspice
¼ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cups olive oil

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Marinate, covered or in a zip-loc bag, in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Heat grill to high. Place chicken on skewers, and cook over direct heat for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with rice or in pitas, with chopped iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
