Slovensky Borsc [in English] recipe (Soup)

100 g sprouted wheat
50 g cooked white beans
50 g oatmeal
50 g barley
6   cloves garlic
2   carrots
2   potatoes
2   parsley
0.12   head cabbage
1   small onion
1   beetroot
½   celery
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin
some   parsley
some   sea salt

Cook chopped potatoes, celery, caraway Krupa, oil and flakes in 1 liter of water.

Add the cooked beans, finely shredded raw carrots and raw beetroot, chopped onions and chopped cabbage in the soup plates.

Garnish with chopped leaves and sprouted wheat.

Season with salt.
