Roasted Prawns recipe (Seafood)

1 lb fresh prawns (21-25)
1 cup chopped spring garlic (1/2 cup will be used for final presentation)
½ cups chopped spring onions
¼ cups olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
12   red fresh chilies
2 tablespoons white butter
some   Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 500 F.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the first set of ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Arrange the mixture on a large iron skillet or sheet. Roast in oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and add butter. Finish by arranging on a platter with wedges of lemon and toasted baguettes. Sprinkle the remaining chopped garlic over the dish.
