Raw Caramel Brownies recipe (Dessert)

1 cup Pine Nuts
1 cup Dates, Pitted & packed
½ teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Walnuts, Raw
6 tablespoons Dates, Pitted & packed
6 tablespoons Cacao Powder, Raw
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cups Walnuts, Raw & Chopped
3 tablespoons Water

Caramel Yield 1 ½ Cups

Combine first three ingredients in a food processor & process until smooth. Place mixture in the freezer while making the brownies.

Brownies Yeild 25 brownies

Place 2 cups of walnuts in a food processor & process until mixture becomes a fine powder. Do Not Over-process.
Add the dates and process again.
Add cocoa & vanilla & process until well mixed.
Transfer mixture to a large bow. and add chopped nutsand water.
Mix well with your hands.
Add ½ cup of the caramel to the brownie mixture and fold in.
Press mixture into a 7 x 7 pan and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
