Pork Liver with Mushrooms recipe (Lunch)

300 g sliced pork liver
1   chopped onion
1 teaspoon grated ginger
3   minced cloves garlic
2 teaspoons canola oil
¼ cups sliced button mushroom
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ cups water
some   salt and pepper

Saute onion, garlic and ginger in oil. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
Quickly fry liver in 2 batches then add the mushrooms.
Add oyster sauce, sugar, water and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
