Cmunda (Potato Pancakes) recipe (Side Dish)
Grate the raw potatoes.
Add all the other ingredients except the butter, which should be heating in a skillet or frying pan, and mix well. The batter should be thin, so add milk to achieve this result.
Pour in large thin pancakes and fry until crisp on both sides.
Serve the Czech style with pork cracklings on top.
