Bramboracka [in English] recipe (Soup)

4   large potatoes
1   onion
1   carrot
¼   celery
1   small parsley
2   cloves garlic
¼ liters sour cream
2 tablespoons lard
2 tablespoons flour
1   handful of dried mushrooms
some   pepper
some   marjoram
some   salt

Cut potatoes, carrots, parsley and celery into small cubes approximately 1 cm x 1 cm. Fry in small pot with a part of lard. Use the remaining lard to prepare roux of flour in a large pot. Pour 1 1 / 2 liters of hot water in roux, whisk and add the fried potatoes with vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1 / 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add chopped onions and mushrooms in the boiling soup. Season to taste with pepper, paprika and salt. Simmer and thicken with cream. Add crushed garlic and oregano, boil and serve.

Finally, we can add some whipped cream.
