Bacon Pasta recipe (Pasta)

Yield: 4 servings

1   chopped onion
1   crushed clove garlic
15   chopped bacon rashers
500 g penne pasta
500 g spiral pasta
some   oil
1   egg
some   Parsley flakes
some   salt and pepper
some   Parmesan cheese

Put oil in a frying pan and cook onion and garlic for several minutes on low heat until the onion is cooked slightly. Add some crushed pepper and parsley flakes. Add bacon and mix until crunchy or cooked.
Boil penne for 10 minutes, then add spiral pasta.
In a small bowl crack egg and mix with fork. Once pasta is cooked, drain and then add it to a big bowl for serving.
Add egg and mix so the egg is cooked by the heat of the pasta. Add the bacon, onion to the pasta and mix.
Add Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
