Turkish Meatball-Potato in The Oven recipe (Meat)

YOU'LL NEED
1 lb ground beef
1   slice of Turkish bread
1   egg
1   onion
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoons paprika
¼ cups parsley
some   salt and pepper
¼ cups sunflower oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
3   yellow potato
3   cubanelle pepper
2   tomato
Tomato Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1   sliced onion
1   chopped garlic
cups diced tomato
some   salt and pepper

Instructions

Kneed all the ingredients. Dust the both sides with flour. Heat up sunflower oil in a pan. Fry both sides 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Oil the bake dish with 2 tbsp olive oil. Place potatoes on it. Arrange fried beef on the potatoes. Place tomato slices and cubanelle peppers.
Prepare tomato sauce. Saute the onion with olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic, when the smell comes out add the tomato, salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 more minutes.
Preheat the oven 180°C. Cook for about 35-40 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender. Serve with Turkish yogurt and bread.
