Pineapple Glazed Ham recipe (Meat)

7 kg leg of ham
½ cups pineapple jam
½ cups sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
300 g chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine the jam, sugar and mustard in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until jam melts.
Using a pastry brush cover the ham with half the jam glaze to evenly coat. Place on a low shelf in the oven and bake until golden brown (40-50 min.). Add the nuts to the remaining jam glaze and stir until well combined. Spoon the marmalade mixture over the ham, pressing the nuts firmly onto the ham to secure. Return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes.
