Velveeta-Bacon Burgers recipe (Meat)


Yield: 4 servings

4 oz Velveeta Cheese Product
1 lb extra lean beef
4 teaspoons O. Mayer Bacon Pieces
2 tablespoons Light House Italian Dressing

Cut Velveeta into 4 slices.

Shape meat into 4 patties. Cook in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

Top burgers with Velveeta and bacon. Cover skillet with lid. Cook until Velveeta begins to melt. Top with Light dressing.

Serve each burger with crisp leaf lettuce.
