Tabouli recipe (Main Dish)


Yield: 16 servinjgs

1 lb bulgur
1 cup olive oil
1 cup lemon juice
1   bunch scallions, chopped
1   cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1   red bell pepper, diced
½ cups chopped parsley
½ cups raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
some   alfalfa sprouts

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except sprouts. Refrigerate covered overnight. Stir once or twice while marinating. Garnish with spro9iuts.
