Pot de Chocolate recipe (Dessert)


Yield: 6 servings

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
cups scalded light cream
2   egg yolks
3 tablespoons brandy, rum or Grand Marnier

1. In a blender put chocolate chips, the scalded cream, 2 egg yolks and the liquor.

2. Turn the blender on its highest speed until "the racket stops."

3. Pour into small demi-tasse cups or pot-au-cremes (something small)

4. Chill at least 3 hours
