Panko Fried Calamari recipe (Snack)


2 lb calamary rings
¾ cups flour
6   egg whites
cups panko
some   salt

Whisk the egg whites and flour together. Dip the calamari rings into the egg white batter. Toss calamari pieces in the panko one piece at a time. Fry the panko-coated calamari until golden, approximately 2 minutes.
