Garlic Pasta recipe (Pasta)


1 lb linguine or fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
some   salt and pepper
¼ teaspoons nutmeg
2   minced garlic cloves
1   Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic and lemon zest. Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook to heat through.
Cook pasta. Reheat sauce, adding half the Parmesan cheese and all the lemon. Adjust seasonings. Drain pasta and serve. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
