Cucumber Crab Slaw recipe (Salad)

Ingredients

Yield: 4 servings

1	cup	mayonnaise
2	tablespoons	sugar
1	teaspoon	prepared mustard
½	teaspoons	celery seed
2	cups	diced, pared cucumber
½	cups	diced imitation crab meat
¼	cups	dry roasted, salted sunflower seeds

Instructions

In a medium serving bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, mustard and celery seed. Stir in cucumber and imitation crab meat. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
