Bite Size Hot Dogs recipe (Bread)


Yield: 72 Servings

some   Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
some   mini smoked sausages
some   ketchup & mustard

Cut each dinner roll in half and shape each half into a small hot dog bun. Place on sprayed baking sheets about 2-inches apart. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Slice cooled buns and fill with cooked mini sausages, ketchup and mustard.
