Zucchini Cakes recipe (Lunch)

Ingredients

1		grated zucchni
1		egg
1		minced clove garlic
¼	teaspoons	paprika
1	cup	panko bread crumbs
½	cups	grated Parmesan cheese
some		salt and pepper
some		olive oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Using a heaping tablespoon form the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook until golden brown.
