Zahara recipe (Lunch)


1   head of cauliflower cut into chunks
2   cloves of crushed garlic
½ cups cilantro, fresh chopped
½   lemon, juice

Fry the cauliflower in a deep fat fryer until a light golden brown color.

Mix the lemon juice with the garlic and salt.

Pour over the cauliflower and sprinkle with cilantro.

Eat with warm pita bread.
