White Parsley Sauce recipe (Sauce)


1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
some   salt and pepper
30 g butter
½ tablespoons flour
400 ml skim milk
½ cups chicken stock

On a low heat, melt butter in pen and gradualle stir in flour. Remove pan from heat and slowly stir in milk and stock until smooth. Return to low heat and stir continuously until thick. Add salt, pepper and Parmesan. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and serve over sliced corned beef.
