Velveeta Spinach & Pasta Dinner recipe (Lunch)

Yield: 6 servings

1 lb chicken breasts, cut
½ lb Velveeta 2% Milk Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
2 cups shell macaroni, uncooked
10 oz chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1   red pepper, chopped
1   clove garlic, minced

Cook and stir chicken, peppers and garlic in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Add 2 cups water; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender and water is almost absorbed.

Add Velveeta Made With 2% Milk and spinach; cook until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring frequently.
