Valentines Trifle recipe (Dessert)


1 lb cake
some   raspberry jam
1 can fruit cocktail
some   fresh raspberries
1 can Birds Custard
some   Whipping Cream
1 cup Inexpensive sherry

Slice cake and spread raspberry jam over slices. Lay in Trifle dish or glass bowl at least 10 across. Add sherry, leave to soak 15 mins. Drain juice from cocktail and add fruit. Add raspberries. Add whipping cream to cover.
