Butter, room temperature
salt and pepper
Turkey
Brown paper bag

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

1. Butter and salt and pepper the turkey

2. Place turkey in a brown paper bag and staple shut

3. Place turkey on rack and put in oven

4. Let turkey sit for 20 minutes before carving

Cook 20 minutes per pound
