Tasty Queso recipe (Microwave)

Ingredients

16	oz	Velveeta cheese
10	oz	canned, diced Rotel Tomatoes
½		diced purple onion
4		roma tomatoes
¼	cups	chopped cilantro

Instructions

Cube Velveeta in a microwave safe dish. Add all ingredients. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well. Microwave for additional 4 minutes, until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended. Serve hot with tortilla chips!
