Tartare Sauce recipe (Sauce)


Yield: 4 servings

1   egg yolk
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon caster sugar
¾ cups Greek-style yoghurt
1/3 cups finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and finely chopped
1   green onion, finely chopped

Process the egg yolk, vinegar and sugar in a food processor for 30 seconds, until smooth. Add the yoghurt and process for 30 seconds.
