Strawberry Spinach Salad recipe (Salad)

Ingredients

Yield: 4 servings

1		bunch spinach, rinsed
10		large strawberries, sliced
½	cups	white sugar
1	teaspoon	salt
1/3	cups	white wine vinegar
1	cup	vegetable oil
1	tablespoon	poppy seeds

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix spinach and strawberries. In a blender, place sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, and blend until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour over spinach and strawberries, then toss to coat.
