Spicy chicken pasta recipe (Pasta)


Yield: 4 servings

2   chicken breasts
8 oz pasta
1   tomato
1   bell pepper
6   olives
1   clove fresh garlic
some   chili paste
1 teaspoon chili oil
some   Parmesan cheese
½ cups white wine

Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
Cut chicken into squares and move to a bowl.

Add chili oil to chicken and toss to marinate then set aside.
Heat a large saucepan and add olive oil, add chicken to pan and cook on medium heat until done.

Add dicer bell peppers, tomato and minced garlic then cook until soft.

Add about half cup wine to mixture and add sliced olives.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top to taste.

Add cooked pasta to chicken mixture and combine well.
