Spicy Baked Salmon recipe (Fish)

Ingredients

500	g	salmon filets
1		clove garlic
2	tablespoons	chopped onion
1	teaspoon	paprika
some		salt and pepper
¼	teaspoons	cayenne
½	teaspoons	dried thyme
2	tablespoons	olive oil

Instructions

Combine all seasoning ingredients and spread over the surface of the salmon. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 - 40 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
If you're grilling it, do so over high heat for 10 - 15 minutes depending on thickness.
