6   strucikov cesnaku
2   mrkvy
2   zemiaky
2   petrzleny
0.12   hlavky kapusty
1   mala cibula
1   stvrtka cvikly
½   zeleru
1 tablespoon oleja
1 teaspoon rasce
some   petrzlenovej vnate
some   morska sol

Instructions

Pokrajane zemiaky, zeler, krupy s rascou, olejom a vlockami uvarime v litri vody.

Do polievky v tanieroch pridame uvarenu fazulu, najemno postruhanu surovu mrkvu a surovu cviklu, posekanu cibulu a pokrajanu kapustu.

Ozdobime pokrajanou vnatou a naklicenou psenicou.

Osolime.
