Seafarer's Pasta Salad recipe (Pasta)


Yield: 4 servings

4 oz pasta, uncooked
8 oz crab surimi seafood chunks
½ cups chopped celery
½ cups chopped green onions
¼ cups chopped peppers
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
½ cups mayonnaise
½ cups sour cream
¼ cups chili sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Cook pasta according to package directions in large saucepan. Drain.

Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients. Toss with crab mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
