Scallion Pancakes recipe (Breakfast)

2 cups flour
¾ cups water
1   sliced bunch green onions
some   roasted sesame seed oil
some   salt and pepper
some   soy sauce

Mix the flour and water and knead until a smooth soft dough forms. Keep aside to rest, covered, for at least 15 minutes. Divide the dough into small balls depending on the size of the pancake you wish to make. Take each ball and roll it out into a pancake. Sprinkle with salt, green onions, and sesame seed oil. Fold the pancake and roll out again. Fry each scallion pancake until golden brown as you would a regular pancake.
