Pumpkin Pudding recipe (Dessert)


Yield: 8 servings

15 oz pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoons ground ginger
some   salt
¾ cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3   eggs
cups light cream

Heat oven to 350°.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk or beat on low speed until blended. Pour into the prepared casserole and bake for 1 hours. Serve with sweetened whipped cream and cinnamon sugar for sprinkling.
