Prosecco Sangria recipe (Drink)

Ingredients

Yield: 2 quarts

1   peach, pitted and cut into wedges
5 oz peach brandy
some   superfine sugar, if desired
1   nectarine, pitted and cut into wedges
1   (750 millilter) bottle chilled prosecco (Italian Sparking Wine)
3   apricots, pitted and cut into wedges
1 cup peach nectar

Instructions

In a pitcher, combine peach, nectarine and apricots. Stir in brandy; let stand at least one hour. Stir in prosecco and peach nectar. Add superfine sugar, if desired. Refrigerate until well-chilled.
