Panko Chicken recipe (Poultry)


Yield: 4 servings

4   chicken breasts, boneless skinless, cut
2   egg whites
1 cup panko

Dip chicken breast in egg whites and then in Panko to coat. Place on cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F for 30 min, turning half way through cooking time.
