Orange Souffle recipe (Dessert)
Have a double boiler ready
1. Whip the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar during the beating process.
2. Fold in the marmalade.
3. Pour into the top of the double boiler which is well-buttered. To assure a nice glaze on souffle top, butter inside of the lid well.
4. Cook over boiling water, covered for one hour.
Serve with the sauce
