InstructionsHeat the oil. Add the okra and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes. In a kadai, put the oil, mustard seeds and urad dhal. After the mustard seed pops out, put Green chilies and add chopped onion. When onion turns golden, put okra, brinjal and potato. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add tamarind juice with salt. Allow it to boil for 10 to 15 minutes. |
