Odessa Mushroom Julienne recipe (Casserole)


lb Mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1   onion
¼ cups white wine
½ cups cream
¼ cups Parmesan
2 tablespoons chives
1 tablespoon fennel seed
some   salt and pepper

Saute onions.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they give up their liquid.

Let the mixture reduce and add white wine.

Then add the sour cream, the Parmesan cheese and the cream.

Add the chives, nutmeg, fennel and the salt, pepper.
