InstructionsPreheat oven to 350°F. Combine oats, oat bran, and nonfat milk in a large bowl. Beat egg whites, then add salt, lemon juice, and vanilla and beat until stiff. Fold in splenda (sugar), 1 tbs at a time, then orange zest. Fold egg mixture into oat mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for about 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cookies to dry in oven, about 10 minutes. Remove, cool on rack and store in a tin box. |
