InstructionsMelt the butter, pour over crumbs, and mix. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9" springform pan. Put in refrigerator until ready to use. Combine ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, flour and eggs and beat at high speed for 10 minutes. Then add vanilla, lemon juice and sour cream. 1 tsp. vanilla ½ tsp. lemon juice 1 pint sour cream. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Pour into springform pan. |
